         Royal Oaks Student tour scheduled:  Thursday, May 12.  Mark/Pauline supervising and several docents to help:  Ruby, Marion, Ann, Dan, Mariellen. 

         National Monument talk by Nathan Judy, FS.

         Brochure on the museums throughout SG Valley being updated by Karen Ross.

         Status of transfer of building from DHS to City

                           Jeff Risely & Cesar Monsalve museum walk through. Checked for mold, dampness, leaks, cracks, creaky floor, windows, outside and inside, rodent droppings, etc.

                                    Concluded:

                                    Building sound

                                    Needs upgrade to ADA standards

                                    Termite inspection

                                    Possible fumigation

                                    Carpet replacement

                                    Inside paint

                                    Windows replaced

         Does Steve need backup for financial stuff?  What can we do to help?

Update on wifi change.

Do we want to finish painting or wait to see if the city takes over maintenance.  If we paint now we can hit the $2500 mark and get money from the city per the MOU.
